Keep’n It Green was built on experience, conviction, and a refusal to accept average.
After more than 25 years in the commercial landscaping industry, Mark Rosal saw firsthand what works, what fails, and where companies begin to lose their edge. He managed large teams at national firms and helped grow regional operations from small crews into companies with more than 150 employees. Along the way, he learned the systems, structure, and scale required to operate at a high level.
He also saw where quality slips. Where communication breaks down. Where properties start feeling like numbers instead of priorities.
Keep’n It Green was created to eliminate those gaps.
Today, we operate as a commercial landscape maintenance and installation company serving Central Florida. From large-scale maintenance and irrigation systems to tree work and full property enhancements, we built this company to handle complex properties without losing personal accountability.
In Central Florida, expectations are high. Properties are compared to some of the best-maintained landscapes anywhere. Details matter. Edges matter. Turf health matters. On a high-end property, even a six-inch weed is unacceptable.
When we say we aim for “Disney-level” standards, we mean consistency. Not perfection once in a while. Consistency every single week.
